Defective Items
Refund or exchange will be given for defective items if you email us; and let us know within 7 days after the item was delivered to you. Prior to issuing credits, you must promptly return all accessories, manuals etc. in original packaging. Any missing items will be charged to you. Please call for return authorization before shipping the item back to us.
Wrong Items
If we ship you the wrong item we'll reship your order without delay at no additional cost to you. You must contact us for return authorization and instructions within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
We accept returns only on unopened items in re-sellable condition within seven (7) days from the date the item was delivered. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable on product returns. Please research the product you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure you read the descriptions included in every item we sell. It is the customer responsibility to verify the product is what he or she is looking for. If necessary, you may contact us and we will try our best to help you.

Motagg does not offer price protection, due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date or at a different location.
